d. Tests and Inspections. 1.. All portable and fixed fire extinguishers should be examined monthly to make certain that they have not been tampered with, and have not suffered corrosion or damage. Seals should be inspected to determine that the extinguishers have not been operated since last being charged. ll. Extinguishers shall be recharged after use, even though only partially discharged. A record of inspections shall be maintained and the equipment so tagged. | iii. Foam extinguishers shall be recharged annually.
