A BRIEFING BY GgNERAL LOPER
In connection with the Christofilos idea the Department of Defense
wants to conduct a very small test prior to September.
They have
found it can be done and the Secretary of Defense has instructed.
General Loper to meet with the Commission as soon as possible to
determine whether the Commission has objections.
General Loper
can brief the Commission on this in a period of 18, cf nutes.
I have discussed this with the General Manager who has asked me to
inform the Commissioners that, unless they object, he will tell
General Loper to be at the Comaission meeting at 2:30 P.M., today,
Monday, 21 April, to inform the Commission.
