The report was” signed out on 20 August 1959with a cover letter for the Secretary of Defense, the AEC Chairman, and the JCS Chairman .from the study group who approved the conclusions and recommendations of the study who were the Commander of Joint Task Force 7 (Major Gen. Charles H. Anderson, U.S.A.F.) the Chief of BASARear Admiral Edward N. Parker, U.S. Navy), and the Director of OMA (St&Srboard). The enclosures to this study make up the background for conducting the study and also have some very interesting information of the deliberations and thinking in the AEC and DOD that have preceded this study and were very relavent to the moratorium situation through {959.
