boarded the USS MONTICELLO, and SP/3 Dallas boarded the USS BOXER, These
personnel will be J-3 representatives afloat for tne WAHKCO event. (FAF)
Colonel James T, Avery moved to BIKINI Atoll on 8 May to assume the duties
as J-3 BIKINI,
Colonel Gattis will be departing soon for a new assignment.

The dry run for WAHOO today was plagued with a series of mishaps which
included a minor accident to a TG 7.3 sailor, and the failure of the
coracle& to receive a shut-down signal at the end of the dry run. As of
1810 hours, TG 7.3 personnel in the target array were recommending a delay
of 3 or 4 days according to LCDR Johnson. At 1810 Don Shuster, General
Iuedecke, and Admiral Tyree were meeting to discuss the problem.
