Dr. Donald, Michael telechoned today to request information on
certain of the psychological aspects of the exposure of native
populations in the Pacific to fallout. Dr. Michael identified
himself as being on the staff of the secretary of Defense in the
Weavons System =valuation Group.
Inasmuch as I] could not identify Dr. Michael over the telephone,
I told him i would call him back. I further mentioned that I
felt his inquiry should more properly be directed to you. Considering the fact that you are practically fresh out of time,
do you wish for me to see Dr. Michael?
Or do you think you
may have an opportunity to see him or telephone him tomorrow?
