EC49-7) 3159 MODIFICATION RQ. 2 WITH THE TRUST TERRITORY OF THE PACIFIC ISLANDS TT LS UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED that this Modification No. 2 to Agreement No. E(49-7)3159 is being envered into between the United States Energy Research and Development Adininistration and the Trust Territory of the Paciric Islands. WHEREAS, the parties desire to extend the period of performance and ‘provide additional funding under the Agreement. NOW THEREFORE, the parties do mutually agree to amend the Agreement as follows: Subsection one of Paragraph two is amended by deleting "June 30, 1976,'' and substituting "September 30, 1977," therefor. Subsection two of Paragraph two is amended by adding the following sentence: "The funds provided from initiution to date under this.
