_Another possibility which we will explore as an interim
measure is the possible joint use of Kili Island and the available area on Jabwor Island by the people.

The two islands are

relatively close to each other--about a six hour trip by ship-and they complement and supplement each other.

It may be possible

to ultimately locate some people on Kili and some on Jabwor, or
develop a method by which the people

rotate between Kili and Jaluit.
