The Department of Defense has reviewed and concurs in
the revised Joint AEC-DOD Information Plan for Operation
REDWING.
The Military Liaison Committee (General Loper) proposes
change of the word "practicable" to "appropriate" in para-
graph h.a., in order to be more specific as to the State
Department role.
Other concurrences include those of AFSWP, Defense OCB,
and Security Review.
