The sixty-fourth meeting was held in Washington, D. C. on September 13
and 14, 1957.
At a preliminary Executive Session in Dr. Dunham's
office it was agreed that the nomination of a Chairman would be post-
poned until the next meeting and that Dr. Warren was to conduct this
meeting as Vice-Chairman.
The regular session was called to order by DR. WARREN at 9:50 a.m.
