Attached is a copy of the announcement which was made at the
beginning of the REDWING test series discussing in detail the
precautions taken to protect the public health and safety. There
is an immediate need for the issuance of an updatedversion of
the announcement.
Since this will be a cooperative effort, as
no one division possesses all the information necessary to do the
job, we propose that a meeting be held in Room C-470 on Thursday,
April 17 at 10 A.M. to allocate portions for revision. Would you
send a representative prepared to comment on the release. We
would appreciate any suggestions for additional sections.
