Clear designated areas in the coconut groves for the purpose of thinning out
the trees. Clear certain areas for tree nurseries. The following vork will
be accomplished under the direction and guidance of a Dr. Pieris, of Ceylon,
an agricultural expert, who will be at Rongelap during the construction period.
