Submit weather island roll-up plan to Commander TG 7.4 for approval, AOC insures pre-positioning plan is complete and adequately disseminated by Test Acft Unit. 1400 1700 12 Mar R-1 0700 = Meeting TG 7.4 Staff & Unit Commanders to review proposed schedule of events and prepare the actual schedule for 15 thru 2] March. Three (3) sample return acft arrive Eniwetok. TSU insures that final arrangements are made for continuous messing and transportation during the mission, 0800 + CTG 7.4 reports the state of readiness 0730 Acft status report submitted to CIC by AOC, 0800 General briefing. 0840 Specialized briefings begin. 1000 Auth granted logistics Liaison Officer SMAMA 10 days TDY to discuss roll-up. Mission flimsies issued to all aircrews by Unit Conmanders, 1300 Pre-positioning of mission acft begins.
