The purpose of his visit was to correct minor discrepancies in the operations of JHK,UHPJ and JHKQR/UHPJB commnications centers. N/Sgt Willians also dispelled the idea that if the Sanson circuit was marginal, traffic could be passed in only one direction. This alone does much to speed up traf- - fic, as it returns the circuit to full duplex operation. 4. Assigned Circuits and Freauencies, The circuits and freq- uencies operated by the Communications Section remained the same as for February, with the exception of one frequency substitution on Circuit J 406.
