tion ofthisroster, data was gathered from Element personnel relative to individual cases of pregnancy, family hardship, etc. to
insure that men with hardships would be among the first to be returned to parent units.
Also during Nerch the personnel section prepared and forwarded
to parent units letters of recommendation for promotion on 52 TDY
airmen.
In addition, promotion evaluxtions were submitted to the
1960th AACS Squadron on 14 eirmen of the tenant AACS detachment.
Two administrative inspections of the section were conducted
during the month.
The first, on 19 March, was by the Director of
Personnel, Task Group 7.4.
