My nen were not alarmed by their situation and were enjoying their rest.

center had been immediately established and all personnel carefully

Decontamination by numerous shower rinses
had been effected and new clothes issued from the Naval stores.
Our people
were segregated and placed in quarters with proper radiological safety
precaution signs.
I believe the Commander of Navel Station at Kwajalein
accomplished most effective emergency measures,
