pool operation, and aircraft and crash boat control,

Specifically, it was agrced that Task Group 7.4 woula control all
airlift oper-ticns in the Bikini area,

Task Group 7.4 would have full tower control res:onsibilit’, including
control over Task Grevup 7.3 hcliconters at both TARE striv and the
