Ideally such a replacement should participate in the survey but at least should be available the first part of the Summer to overlap with Knudsea in the Marshalls before he leaves in September. Such a
doctor must be motivated for the type of challenge he will face. He
should have some background in either general practice, internal medicine,
surgery or perhaps pediatrics, Time will likely be available to carry on
epidemiological or medical research of his own choosing. Salary will be
