In the course of this activity, esd with the knowledge and consent of the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islen@s (TTPr), the ERDA medical teams have provided limited redical care Tor the people at Rongelap and Utirik. The people living on Utirik and Rongelap, have recently and seperately expressed 2 desire for changes in the type of medics* cere uniter the ERDA program. Specifically, they have addressed requests to 2204 for roré comprehensive medical care for all the people living on tress islends. It is recognized that general medical care oF tie pecpl=s of the Marshall Islands is a responsibility of the Adwiniscration of the ToPI. It is in the interest of both the TIPI and the US {ERDA) to explore ways in which medical needs can best be met by coovsretive efforts ef both parties within the framework of their respective resronsibilitias.
