Recommend to the Manager, NVOO and Assistant Manager for
Administration concerning possible function of the Honolulu
Office to provide support liaison, and contract administrator representative functions. Consideration to be
given to the desirability of NVOO take-over of the AEC contract
with University of Hawaii in further support to DBM, and nego-
tiating host-tenant agreements at other locations where a strong
potential requirement exists for support requirements to DBM
and/or NVOO Pacific Operations, i.e., Kwajalein, Canton,
U. S. Trust Territory Islands, etc.
These considerations

should include support to DBM and AEC/NVOO other operational
requirements.
