1-4 Federated States of Micronesia for travel outside the Marshail Isiands and the Federated States of Micronesia, the United States and its territories and possessions. Section 127 Except as otherwise provided in this Compact or its related agreements, all obligations, responsibilities, rights and benefits of the Government of the United States as Administering Authority which have resulted from the application pursuant to the Trustee~ ship Agreement of any treaty or other international agreement to the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands on the day preceding the effective date of this Compact are no longer assumed and enjoyed by the Government of the United States.
