Mrs. Helen H. Hockings, previous wife of Harry H. Haight
CAPT MC USN, forwarded to this office on 27 December 1979
a diary kept by CAPT Hiaght while he was involved with
atmospheric nuclear tests.
Having worked with the AEC
for a portion of this period (approximately 1951-1954)
he was apparently aware of weapon design information and
some environmental and shipboard radiation monitoring
surveys.
