Adenomatoid nodule with atypical features. James Oertel Lewis Woolner - Grade I - papillary adenocarcinoma. Stuart Lindsay - Papillary carcinoma, In view of the controversial diagnosis we decided to call the lesion premalignant or cancer in situ and consider it a malignancy for statistical purposes. Considering it a cancer the statisticians tell me that it is extremely unlikely that two cases of cancer in the Utirik group (158 people) would occur by chance (one other cancer had occurred 5 years ago).
