Operation GREENHOUSE

General Quesada and Dr, Graves discussed the tentative conclusions
resulting from the reexamination by Joint Task Force 3 of the objectives and
scope of the 1951 weapons tests, General Quesada said that a report setting
forth these conclusions and the Task Force recommendations was being

prepared for submission to the Joint Chiefs of Staff and would be sent to the

Commission for comment before submission to the Joint Chiefs.

At this point General Quesada, General Gerhart, Captain Pahl, Colonel
Preuss, Dr, Graves, Messrs. Burriss and Spain, Captain Curry, General
McCormack, Colonel Schlatter, Colonel Coiner and General Cooney left the
meeting.
