Prior to wotking on each vessel, perio
must bé obtained“from RudSafe, who will record in his pat
log that periission h.d been requested, wes granted or denied.
The naue of the individual in charge of the bo-rding or working
party will be recorded in the RadSafe Log pricr tc bozrding. 4
monitor will always be in attendance with each working party.
Ultimate snd legal res,onsibility for safety of personnel rests
with local Cormsnder :nd he will be ‘advised by Radiological
Safety Ofticers end kedical Ufficers trained in radiological
safety as to conditions.
As in other situation, if the axedicel
Officer believes health is being risked, he will promptly report
such an opinion to the Commanding Officor ond to Buked(RadSafe),
