and the available sethods for measuring neutrons in terms of bicloyical

efficiency,

These discussions were headed up by {r. Gdoachinni Faille of

the Advisory Comaittee for Biology and iHedicine and Dr. Austin Srues, .

Director of the Biology end Hedicine program of the Argome National

Laboratory,

In addition, there were brief disoussions by Dr. Stafford

Warren of the University of California, Los Angeles, on oivil defense

plarmming in the California area with special reference to radiological

defenses and defense in general against atomic weapons.
