Aner. | ANNEX Z RECORD OF CHANGES FACILITIES AND SUPPORT REQUIREMENTS PLAN VOLUME I GENERAL The Facilities & Support Requirements Plan will be updated by the issuance of revised pages to replace existing pages or additional pages to add new requirements. These CHANGE PAGES will be transmitted to all holders of the F&SR Plan with a transmittal letter giving detailed instructions relative to the required changes. Each package of Change Pages transmittedwill be assigned to CHANGE NUMBER which is to be recorded in the CHANGE REGISTER. The date of issuance of the change package will be indicated on the lower outside corner of each page. The volume number in which the page is to be inserted will appear on each change page immediately above the date. CHANGE REGISTER Retain this page and insert it as the last page in this volume.
