CONSTRUCTION The S-Band Telemetry Antenna will be a 33-ft. diameter dish-

type antenna supported on a steel frame pedestal and located within a fenced area

northeast of the swimming pool. The antenna foundation will be a 30 x 30 x 3-ft.
concrete pad supported on steel piles.” The antenna and pedestal will be secured
