The recreation facilities consist of a cocktail lounge, a game room, an office, a latrine anda covered patio (lanai). The lanai (completed in 1966) is a 48 x 86 x 8-ft. high patio area sheltered by a wood frame roof covered with translucent corrugated plastic panels, and enclosed by a 3-ft. high concrete block wall.
