The structure is approximately 64 x 71-ft., the majority of which is a patio area and is covered with a corrugated translucent plastic roof. The sides around the patio area are either open or enclosed with partial height vertical louvers. One end of the facility is equipped with a kitchen in which thereisa charcoal broiler, grill, deep fry, food warmers, reefers, sinks and serving counter.
