The barge was equipped with a cabin and wooden structural supports which held a cannister, seven antennas and a secured beacon approximately 20-ft. above mean sea level. The antenna array and equipment controls were located in the cabin. Power was provided from two 10 kw, 120/208 volt diesel generators. A 15-gallon tank was provided from the storage of freshwater.
