DESCRIPTION A Communication Center and Tactical Radio facilities are located
on the third floor of the JOC. Antennas and associated equipment are located on
Akau Island, Hikina Island and atop the JOC. These facilities were engineered and
installed by the Navy.
The Contractor provided local assistance at Johnston Atoll.
