Mr, Fields said that in connection with the present
visit to the U.K, by Mr, Roddis and other scientific personnel,
the U,K, had requested an exchange of technical information
on cextain fast breeder reactors, He added that the Division
of Reactor Development secommended the exchange of this
information under Article 2(a){2} of the U.S.-U.K. bilateral
agreement, Mr, Libby expressed concern that the U,S.
might te providing the U,K, more information than the U.5,
would receive; however, he said that if the U.S, wsuid receive valuable technical information, he would have ne
objection,
Mr. Murray said that he would like to have more
information on this subject,
After further discussicn, this matter was deferred
until Mr, Davis entered the meeting,
