MEETINGS.
Enclosed are the summaries of meetings held in Majuro, Kili
and Bikini from September | thru September 5 and the transcript
of the taped meeting with the leadership September 2. 1 did not
edit the transcript because I felt it demonstrated the concern
for the welfare of the Bikinians by their elected leaders. To one
not as sensitive to the situation, as we are, this may be a
revelation.
Please distribute this summary to the necessary people. Also
feel {ree to delete or adjust portions of the summary as you see
fit.
