Your letter of Conmission had pay travel and Finance Office November 24, 1969, indicated that the Atomic Energy agreed (at least for the March, 1970, survey) to per diem expenses for the requested personnel. Our has requested written authorization from AEC and an account to which bills will be charged, since that Department does not possess the authority to make these payments.
