the proposal for a meeting on fallout protection
between your Civil Defense Committee and
vartous Federal officials. [am sure you
reailse that my travel schedule would preclude
& meeting early in December as suggested by
your letter of November third, but I have asked
Bob Merriam to arrange with you and your
associates for a meeting and agenda on a
mutually convenient date earl: next rear
