A series of security lecturcs were presented to sll perscnnel present cither throttgh assem bly of the cntire command in the thcater or by multiple presentation to srall groups in order to minimize: interfercnee with other essential training or activities. Presentation of a continuous comprehensive security training program was complicated by tha rapid increase in replacemnts during tho build up phase and a concurrent curteilment of treining tima available.
