a. Under the provisions of reference la above, conduct of the
Troop Information Program is primarily a responsisility of the unit
commander,

The Troop Information and Education Cfficer, under the supere
vision of the S-3, TG 7.2 is responsible for distributing such Information
Program material as is made available by the Department of the Army. He
will also train as unit conference leaders such persons as may be made
available by unit commanders,

Troop Information Hour
a.
The Troop Information Hour will normally be presented twice
monthly during the period prescribed by TM #1, this Hqe Subject matter
presented may be drawn from the following media but will not bé limited
thereto:

Officers Call

(4) Armed Forces Information and Education films and transcriptions.
