your medical surveys in the Marshall Islands, Streenan obtained
the following information during his recent trip to Honolulu,

Bob also stated trans-
portation arrangements within the Marshall Islands should be
made directly with Oscar DeBrim.
Of course, Bob will continue
to assist you whenever necessary. Incidentally, Oscer has
received his sppointment as DISTAD Marshall Islends and is no
longer ia the acting capacity.

pieces of equipment yrs distillation unit. and the tractor which
are now on Kwajalein)
to Rongelap, it is surgeated tist we make
arreangenenta with the Trust Territory to load these units on the
ICU when it goes to Bikini and the ICU can then swing over and
drop tnem off at Rongelap. We can time this operetion so thet
the units will not be on Rongelap too long before your prrty
errives, Also, it is understood that because of coonitments
by TT to support an Army work force and also to support construction of housing on Bikini by private contractor thet a
direct charter of the LCU may be uncertain around FebruaryMarch 1971.
