d. Personnel returning via surface and shipping accompanied
baggage to be further shipped to a zonal destination will present four
(15 completed copies of travel orders authorizing the shipment of per-
sonal baggage to the Personal Property S,ction at SFPE.
lwo (2) copies
of Form 116 and two (2) copies of travel orders will be attached in a
conspicuous place on the outside of the number one container of the
shipment.

e. Customs declarations will be prepared in accordance with
AFR 75-57 and minimum of four (4) copies will be prepared by the in-
dividual concerned.
