The details will be discussed with ’ you and Mr. Otterman both here in Honolulu prior to your trip to Majuro, and on Kwajalein. In spite of some of the problems that have arisen during a difficult and hectic pre-contract period, I am optimistic that Otterman will work with us and be an asset to DOE efforts in the Marshells.
