Dear Oscar,
Since it appears that the proposed meetings scheduled for early January
will not be possible, I would like to propose for your consideration a later
schedule.
This schedule takes into consideration the participation of Dr. V.P.
Bond, Associate Director, Brookhaven National Laboratory.
He has two meetings
to attend, one in Albaquerque and one in Japan and the below schedule would

I hope we can reach an agreement on the ERDA proposal at the Kwajalein
meeting and perhaps you may wish to discuss implementation of PL-5-52.
