In a telephone discussion between Major Power and Major Miller, CO 2hth
Heliron Squadron, Major liller laid out the follwoing guide to be used in
determining whether a flight was or was not special:
Special flights are; - Flights requiring altitudes above 600'.
Flights before sunrise and after sunset.
Flights requiring the copter to hover
over the open sea.
All the flights may be authorized direct by the Slv-er Dispatcher.
When an officer from the copter squadron is on duty at the airport (minus
one days) he will obtain approval for the flight throust his operations
channels. ‘When at a time other than minus one dey and/or shot day the J-3
section of TC 7.1 can go direct to 2th Heliron operations section or the
7.4 operations. (=EF)

The DOGVOOD barge arrived at ENIWSTOK from BIKINI on Friday
LSD and was placed at the deep water pier at 0730 hours.

LCU h69 with J-3 Representative Carl Hansen, Jeep #71 md one 'i!!
boat departed for zero site area at 0930.
Station '2' (DOGJOOD) departed for zero site at 1030 hours.
Station '2' arrived Janet 1350 hours.
Station '2' moored in final position for dry runs at 1525 hours.
& dry run was held at 1730 hours.
