MISCELLANEOUS:

For all barge shots at ENIWETOK during the operation the J-3 section has
had a representative present at the zero site, For the last three shots
we have been utilizing the services of Carl Hansen, a Holmes & Narver
employee, in this capacity. He was originally the air dispatcher on
site Yvonne. Hansen has done an excellent job representing the J-3
section, and coordinating all evacuation activities for the shots at the
zero sites, This reducfed the work load on the J-3 personnel, particularly
during the period when rotation of J-3 personnel is taking place, It
is recommended that this procedure be utilized in the future in the
event that such a situation develops in future tests.
