The results of the test indicate that burns could be
encountered by man at distances greater than 5.1 miles but not as fer as
11.5 miles, except where atmospheric transmission is greater than 90
percent per mile.
Note is made that this condition is met at high altitudes
and in geographical areas such as the Nevada Test Site.
