(1) Logistics Support Task Commander. E USNS WHEELING (TAGM-8) will be a Logistics Support Commander (LSTC) who wili function as the primary p contact for the DOE representative exercising techn barked in ask int of cal direction responsibility for the conduct or Phase I of the survey. The LSTC will have overall operational con rol and Management responsibility for DON provided logistic Support. logistics DOE representatives will channel requests for surve support through the LSTC who will then coordinate t e efforts of the USNS WHEELING (TAGM=-8) and the OINC of the h licopter ponsor detachment. The LSTC is further designated as the Designated Representative (SDR) as defined in refer nee (a). roject (2) PMTC Technical Representative. The Manager will designate an embarked PMTC Technical R presentative who will act as primary advisor to the LSTC n logistics Support matters. The PMTC Technical Represent tive will assume the functions and responsibilities of the LS C/SDR in his absence. (3) Master, USNS WHEELING (TAGM-8). The ship's Master will have absolute authority and responsibil ty for the safety of his ship and embarked personnel as prescr bed in reference (a) while responding to the operational rc quests and recommendations of the embarked LSTC/SDR.
