Such measures as are taken for the protection of the health and safety of the individuals involved may also be adequate for the aforementioned purpose. Samples may be shipped to the analytical laboratories on an unclassified basis. However, the analysis and the results of the analysis are considered classified Confidential Restricted Data until a classification review is made to determine whether such analyses will reveal any classified information concerning the design or functioning of the weapons which produced the samples. By arrangement, the classification review will be performed by the Classification Office at the Livermore Laboratory. .
