In accordance with paragraph 1 of the November 1,
1975
Memorandum of Understanding agreed to by all parties in the
above case,
the following is a proposed list of scientists
and medical doctors acceptable to plaintiffs to serve ona
medical panel which will plan and oversee the examinations
of Bikinians who have been on the island in the past ten years:
1.
Dr. Niel H. Wald
Department of Radiation Medicine
University of Pittsburgh

Dr. Wald, who has written extensively in the field
of radiation medicine, has previously supervised teams of doctors
, who examined victims of nuclear accidents at Oak Ridge.

Dr. J. William Hollingsworth

University of Kentucky Medical Center

Lexington, Kentucky 40506
Dr. Hollingsworth received his M.D. from Duke in 1948,
and joined the faculty at Yale in 1956, serving from 1962-1967
as Associate Professor and Head of the Rheumatology Department.
