Mr, Salisbury observed that a recent statement
by the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health and
Medical Services might give rise to a series of new
comments on the death of the Japanese fisherman after
Operation CASTLE, The Chairman asked that Admiral
Foster confirm whether the OCB had approved this
statement,
Mr, Strauss and Mr. Libby complimented the
Information Services Personnel for their services at
the Geneva Conference,

Inspection
Mr, Mann reported on the status of the
Pennsylvania State and North Carolina State reactors.
With regard to the Canadian NRX reactor, Mr, Libby
said he understood that the Canadians intend to continue the experimental use of plutonium fuel elements.
Mr, Fields said that the export of a number of partially
encirched fuel elements for the reactor had been approved,
