Colonel Starbird reviewed highlights of the
weapons development program and discussed with the
Commissioners slippages in the production schedules
of several weapons, Means of correcting this situation
were discussed,
Vith regard to Operation REDV'ING, Colonel
Starbird said that a letter to inform the President of
preliminary plans for the Operation was being prepared,
