the Committee deems necessary, proper, or appropriate,

Committee shall have any and all rights, privileges, and powers
as granted any other committee of the Congress of Micronesia.
The Committee shall submit its findings and recomnendations on
or before the Second Regular Session of the Fifth Congress of
Micronesia in January, 1974; and
BE IT FURTHER PESOLVED that certified copies of this House
Joint Resolution be transmitted to the members and Chalrian of
the Special Joint Committee Concerning Rongelap and Utirik as

created under Public Law 4C-33, and to the iouse Speaker and
Li
Senate President of the Congress of Micronesia, and to tne liign
